@Arrora Does your battlemod/windower folder have a res subfolder that contains an items.lua?

Awe.. It was late, I missed the entire folder.

Is there a reason the battle mod has a windower file? Getting a duplicate name error when trying to put the windower folder in the battlemod folder. Assuming I'm not just missing the instructions completely.

Replace the file with the windower folder.
