This helped, but the Drain set will still not activate.

Any idea why?

i only looked super quick, and did zero testing, but i did notice one of your </if> not nested right, i re-ordered it in the code tag, no idea if this resolves the issue, try re-nesting the type/name's if it still doesn't work maybe

edit: actually i reorganized/nested the whole midmagic section, lemme know if it works better? idk (i didnt test this, but this looks sound so long as i didnt overlook some mistakes or typos)

i think the servar name was missing the word "Tier"
and than the part when it printed to chat, was printing $TPTier instead of $TP-Tier
